RAXMOTO is the online motorcycle gear store of DISTRIMOTO SPORT S.L., working out of Girona — a short ride from some of the best twisty roads on the Iberian peninsula. That location isn't an accident. When you can test a summer jacket on the Costa Brava in August and the same brand's winter shell in a Pyrenean pass in February, you learn quickly which products deserve shelf space.
We're small, independent, and we don't answer to a quarterly growth story. That lets us do something surprisingly rare in online retail: say no. No to brands that vanish when a customer reports a defect. No to "CE-style" gear with no certificate behind it. No to inflating a price in March so we can stage a 60% sale in July.
What's left is a catalogue we'd wear ourselves — including our own lines, Raxus and Freeday, alongside names like Seventy Degree, Alpinestars, Dainese, Oxford and RST.

Certification, not marketing
Every piece of protective gear we list carries genuine CE certification under the European PPE standard, and helmets carry ECE homologation. If a supplier can't produce the paperwork, we don't list the product.
Real measurements
We publish garment measurements in centimetres and say plainly whether a brand runs small or large. Guessing your size online is the single biggest reason gear gets returned — so we take the guessing out.
Honest pricing
The price you see is the price we think the product is worth. We don't run permanent fake discounts, and we don't hide shipping until the last checkout step.
Returns without a fight
Thirty days, tags on, box intact — and it goes back. If the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong one, we pay the return shipping. Nobody here is trained to make it difficult.
A human on the other end
WhatsApp or email, you get a person. If we don't know the answer about a shell size or a membrane, we ask the manufacturer and come back to you — we don't improvise.
Safety over the sale
If a helmet you're eyeing is the wrong shape for your head, or the jacket you want isn't right for the riding you described, we'll tell you — even when that costs us the order.
What happens after you hit buy
No mystery, no "your order is being processed" for five days. This is the whole chain.
Checked
Before anything is boxed we verify the size, colour and reference against your order — and that the CE armour is actually in the pockets.
Packed
Order before 15:00 on a working day and it's packed the same day in Girona. Helmets ship in their original box, inside an outer carton.
Tracked
You get a tracking number the moment the carrier collects. If it stops moving for 48 hours, we chase it before you have to ask.
Backed
24-48 hours to mainland Spain, 3-6 working days elsewhere in Europe. Then 30 days to change your mind, with a free size exchange.

What “CE certified” actually means
It's printed on almost every product listing on the internet, and most riders have never been told what it stands for. Here's the short course — because you can't choose gear properly without it.
Motorcycle clothing sold in Europe is personal protective equipment. It's tested for abrasion resistance, seam strength, tear resistance and impact. The armour inside is rated separately from the garment around it — which is why a jacket can be certified while the protector in it is only entry level.

| Class AAA / AA / A | Garment protection class. AAA is the highest abrasion and impact protection (race leathers); A is lighter, urban-focused gear. |
| Level 1 armour | Passes the impact test at the standard threshold. Thinner, more flexible, more comfortable. |
| Level 2 armour | Transmits significantly less force to the body in the same test. Bulkier, but the better choice for a back protector. |
| ECE 22.06 | The current European helmet standard. Adds rotational and oblique-impact testing over the older 22.05. |
Every product page on RAXMOTO states the class and the armour level. If it isn't stated, ask us — we'll get it from the manufacturer rather than guess.
