Privacy policy

What data we collect, what we use it for and how you can control it. Written in line with the GDPR and Spanish LOPDGDD.

Last updated: 14 July 2026

The short version

  • Your data is controlled by DISTRIMOTO SPORT S.L. (RAXMOTO), based in Girona, Spain.
  • We use it to process your order, ship your gear, answer your questions and — only if you say yes — send you offers.
  • We do not sell your personal data to anyone. Ever.
  • You can access, correct, delete or object at any time by writing to info@raxmoto.es.

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit or buy from raxmoto.es, what we use it for, who we share it with and how you can control it. It is written in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
