4. Who we share your data with
We share only what is strictly necessary, and always with providers acting as data processors under contract:
- Carriers — to deliver your order and collect returns.
- Payment gateways — to authorise payment and prevent fraud.
- Hosting and email providers.
- Analytics and email marketing tools, only if you have accepted the relevant cookies.
- Public authorities, where legally required.
We do not sell, rent or otherwise transfer your data for commercial purposes to third parties outside RAXMOTO.
5. International transfers
Some technology providers may store data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens we require appropriate safeguards: an adequacy decision from the European Commission or Standard Contractual Clauses, together with supplementary technical measures.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, request restriction of processing, object to it, exercise data portability and withdraw consent at any time.
How to exercise them
Email info@raxmoto.es stating which right you want to exercise and attaching proof of identity. We will respond within one month.
7. Information security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: TLS encryption across the site, role-based access control, regular backups, platform updates and data processing agreements with our providers.
8. Minors
Our store is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we find that a minor has submitted data without their guardian's authorisation, we will delete it.
9. Cookies
We use first-party and third-party cookies. You can configure or reject them at any time from the cookie panel. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if our services or the applicable law change. The date of the last revision is always shown at the top of the page, and we will email you if a change is significant.
