The short version
- We use strictly necessary cookies (cart, session, security) — these need no consent.
- Analytics and marketing cookies only run if you accept them.
- You can change your mind at any time from the cookie settings panel.
- Rejecting non-essential cookies does not stop you from buying.
A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you visit a site. Cookies keep the store working (remembering your cart), tell us what's used and what isn't, and can be used to show you relevant advertising. Here's exactly what we use.
1. Types of cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies
Essential for the site to work: keeping you logged in, remembering the items in your cart, processing payment securely and preventing fraud. They can't be switched off and don't require consent.
Preference cookies
They remember your choices: language, currency, shipping country, or whether you've already dismissed a notice. They improve your experience but aren't essential.
Analytics cookies
They tell us, in aggregate, which pages get visited, how long people stay and where they abandon checkout. We use them to fix what's broken. They only run with your consent.
Marketing cookies
They allow relevant ads to be shown to you on other sites and measure how well they work. They may be set by third parties, and only run with your consent.
2. The specific cookies
| Cookie | Owner | Purpose | Duration |

| woocommerce_cart_hash | First party | Remembers the contents of your cart | Session |
| woocommerce_items_in_cart | First party | Detects whether the cart has items | Session |
| wp_woocommerce_session_* | First party | Links your session to your cart and order | 2 days |

3. Managing your cookies
The first time you visit we show a panel where you can accept all, reject non-essential or configure by category. You can change that decision at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer.
You can also block or delete cookies from your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Note that if you block strictly necessary cookies, the cart and checkout may stop working properly.
4. Third-party cookies
Some services we integrate — analytics, the payment gateway, embedded video or social widgets — may set their own cookies. RAXMOTO does not control those; we recommend reading each provider's privacy policy.
5. Cookies and personal data
Information obtained through cookies is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification or erasure by writing to info@raxmoto.es.
6. Updates
We may amend this policy when the cookies we use or the applicable law change. The date of the last revision appears at the top of this page.
